Refund Policy overview

At Trillium Imaging Services Inc., we strive to deliver exceptional quality and ensure customer satisfaction with all the services we provide. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, our return policy outlines the steps and conditions under which adjustments, refunds, or credits may be issued.   

 

Eligibility for Returns or Adjustments

  1. Service Quality Issues:  

   If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality standards, you may request a revision or adjustment within 7 days of delivery. This includes:   

   – Errors in floorplans, 3D models, or imaging materials.   

   – Missing components or incomplete deliverables specified in your order.   

  1. Change in Requirements:  

   If changes are required due to customer-provided errors or updated needs, additional fees may apply. However, we will work to accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible. 

  1. Cancellation Policy:  

   – Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.   

   – Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.   

 

Non-Refundable Scenarios

– Services already delivered in full and approved by the client.   

– Dissatisfaction arising from factors outside Trillium Imaging’s control (e.g., poor weather conditions affecting aerial photography).   

– Delayed feedback or approval from the client beyond the stated review period.   

 

Requesting a Return or Adjustment

To request a refund, revision, or adjustment:

  2. Provide the following details:  

   – Your name and contact information.   

   – The service date and project reference.   

   – A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for dissatisfaction.   

 

We will review your request within 3 business days and provide a resolution, which may include:   

– A revision of the deliverables.   

– A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.   

– A credit toward future services.
